ENHANCED PSYCHIC AUGMENTATIONS
Psychic Abilities are those that affect the user and his/her subjects mentally, or those that are employed mentally by the user. People who possess these abilities are commonly called Psychics.

claircognizance
[/center][/size]1. INTUITION. When a subject is mentioned, the user of this power simply knows basic knowledge of and surrounding said subject. This augmentation is considered a more sub-conscious application with no way for the user to actively trigger it.
2. ADVANCED INTUITION. The user can reach more obscure knowledge as well as obtain more detailed information. This level of claircognizance allows the user to consciously employ it.
3. FAULT DETECTION. The user is able to "sense" the presence of faults, including lies. This sense is different, depending on the user. Some can "see" the faults while others "hear", "smell" or "feel" them. "Faults" in this sense can be mistakes, lies, impairments or even structural or mathematical wrongs.
4. CHRONOPATHY. A claircognizant can also develop their ability into chronopathy (a fine tune sense of when something will happen and for how long it will take place).
clairvoyance
[/center][/size]1. PRECOGNITION OR POSTCOGNITION. Receiving either past or future information through uncontrollable visions.
2. PSYCHICISM. Receiving both past and future information through uncontrollable visions.
3. ADVANCED PSYCHICISM. Receiving both past and future information by choice through focusing.
4. PSYCHIC CONDUCTION. Being able to share this visual information psychically to other people.
clairsentience
[/center][/size]1. SENSING. The ability to feel invisible forcefields, ghosts and astral forms. This augmentation is restricted to the sense of touch (therefore these intangible beings/objects are felt, not seen).
2. PSYCHOMETRY. Level two is a more concentrated version of clairsentience. The user receives the history of an object when s/he touches said object.
3. ADVANCED PSYCHOMETRY. Level three allows the advanced psychometer to received information on both objects and people.
4. CLAIRSENTIENCE. Level four involves the user receiving both past and future information of objects and people that s/he touches.
empathy
[/center][/size]1. EMPATHIC CONDUCTION. The ability to feel what others feel with no or very little control. This augmentation forces the user to feel it, not simply sense the emotions or sensations.
2. EMPATHY. Being able to differientate owners and emotions, having control over when to dampen this ability.
3. CEASEFIRE. Control over one's empathy, along with the power of ceasefire (having an unconscious calming effect on the people around the user).
4. PATHOKINESIS. Control over one's empathy and the power of pathokinesis (manipulating other's emotions).
hypnokinesis
[/center][/size]1. HYPNOSIS. The ability to alter the consciousness of others to produce a trance like state in which the subject is conscious, but unaware.
2. HYPNOKINESIS. The ability to affect the sleep patterns of others. At this level, users are able to put their subjects into a light slumber or pull them out of normal sleep.
3. HYPNOKINETIC XENOPSYCHICISM. Greater control of hypnokinesis. Also, the user can enter another's sleep cycle and view their dreams but having no affect on them whatsoever.
4. DREAM MANIPULATION. The power of hypnokinesis and full dream manipulation.
illusion
[/center][/size]1. HOLOGRAPHIC ILLUSION. The power to create translucent, holographic and weak illusions that only affect a single person's mind. The illusions last for a very small amount of time.
2. LIMITED, CONSCIOUS ILLUSION. More realistic illusions that can be perceived by all senses (i.e. the illusion can be seen, heard, felt, smelt and tasted). This level is still restricted to a single person. The illusions only last as long as the user is exerting energy towards their power.
3. CONSCIOUS ILLUSION. Realistic illusions, able to be perceived by all senses and by any number of people as of the Illusionist's will. These illusions last only as long as the augmentation is activated.
4. SUBCONSCIOUS ILLUSIONS. Powerful illusions that could be shown to a large number of people if the user wished it so. These illusions could last up to years without full power exertion if the occasion called for it.
power broker
[/center][/size]1. POWER SENSING. These powers involve controlling the part of a human's brain that is concerned with augmentations. At this level, the user can sense whether someone is augmented or not, and what their augmentation is.
2. AMPLIFICATION OR NEGATION. Subconsciously or unconsciously (depending on the character's awareness), the user is able to either amplify (including jump-starting a latent power) or negate (plus dampening) another individual's augmentation. This is done without too much control, and sometimes without the broker's knowledge whatsoever.
3. POWER CONTROL. Once awareness sets in, the user will be able to develop more control of their ability. Plus, the user is able to both amplify and negate, not just one or the other.
4. POWER TRADING. The ability to switch the powers of augments. If in the presence of a pyrokinetic and clairsentient, the Power Controller could give the pyrokinetic clairsentience and the clairsentient the power to control fire.
technopathy
[/center][/size]1. TECHNICAL APTITUDE. Technopathy is the ability to manipulate electronic signals and devices. The first level is merely the ability of technical aptitude. First levels have an innate knowledge of all things mechanical and technical.
2. CONTACT-BASED TECHNOPATHY. Second levels can control and manipulate technology and devices, but only through physical contact. For example, a second level technopath can turn on a television by simply touching the screen, etc.
3. TECHNOPATHY. Third level Technopaths have control over one's technopathy along with the ability to manipulate technology without direct physical contact.
4. CYBERPATHY. The final level of this augmentation allows users to intercept wireless signals in the air and manipulate the coding. Therefore, fourth levels can alter text messages or remove e-mails before they reach their destination, etc.
telekinesis
[/center][/size]1. EMOTIVE MACRO-TELEKINESIS. This augmentation starts as simple, erratic and uncontrollable macro-telekinesis. The telekinetic is generally only able to shake or levitate objects that they could physically move themselves (in terms of strength).
2. MACRO-TELEKINESIS. The second stage of telekinesis offers control over one's ability and more strength behind the power if practiced enough. Limited to objects in sight or objects that the user has intimate knowledge of their location (bedroom door, etc.)
3. MICRO-TELEKINESIS. The third level is a more specific type called 'micro-telekinesis'. This is where, instead of just being able to affect objects as a whole, the user is able to move the molecules that objects are made up of. However this is restricted to deforming, reforming, etc objects, not altering substances into others. Limited to objects in sight or objects that the user has intimate knowledge of their location (bedroom door, etc.)
4. PSYCHOKINESIS. This level provides the greatest control over one's telekinesis, along with the ability to move and alter objects with only vague knowledge of their location.
telepathy
[/center][/size]1. TELEPATHIC CONDUCTION. The first level of telepathy is merely being able to pick up random thoughts from other people's minds.
2. MIND READING. Telepathy's second level allows for control of when a telepath does or does not hear people's thoughts. Therefore s/he is able to tune in and out of other people's minds.
3. LIMITED TELEPATHIC COMMUNICATION. Level three is not only a telepath reading people's minds, but also sending them short, simple, telepathic messages. In early stages of this level, the telepath must be either physically touching the receiver or within the same vicinity as the receiver.
4. ADVANCED TELEPATHIC COMMUNICATION. Level four includes mind reading as well as long distance psychic communication.
