the rules
they're tedious and nobody likes them, but we have to have them.

• This site IS rated PG-13 and up! But if your thread has mature content, add a {M} or {R} into the title's beginning so we can all see. Not everyone wants to read that stuff, and sometimes we'll get younger viewers who really don't want to see it especially.
  
• Play nice. Keep the drama in character, and if there's an OOC problem please try to take care of it through PM, and if nothing gets better within 24 hours, PM Selene or me, Zoey, and we will work things out. We don't want to lose members just because of a small roughage between a road that could be friendship. (Terribly sorry for that horribly analogy!)
  
• No godmodding or powerplaying. The closest thing you can get to that is leading someone somewhere. If you're caught in the act, you will get a warning. Three warnings and you will be suspended for two days. Now, if it continues after that Sel and I will discuss what to do.
  
• All role playing posts MUST, and I cannot stress that must as much as I want, be posted in third person! This is a semi-lit to lit site, so I think you can all handle posting in third person.
  GOOD: Bob walked to the park with a hot dog in his hand.
  BAD: I walked to the park with a hot dog in my hand.
  
• Also, posts much be 300+ words. It's alright to having writer's block, just don't make a habit of posting a paragraph. We'd like at least two paragraphs, well written. There's a spell check for a reason, please use it! The application code is to be told soon. And check over your work for grammar issues, if it starts getting to a point where people can barely read it, we will contact you. Now for the moment you have waited for, the code is bubble wrap. This site is literate, so make sure that you keep it that way. We'd be nowhere without you.
  
• When registering, make sure to register with either your alias or with your characters first name. No numbers please, they look sloppy if your account ever gets deleted.
  
• Applications and powers, dude! Each person gets ONE power, unless you speak to the admin (zoey or selene). If you have more than one, the maximum is two. As well, you may only have one power at a level four. Not everyone can be super powerful, people! Make sure to mention somewhere (either in the OTHER section in the first area or in personality or history) which side your character has joined or if they're undecided.
  
• You can have multiple characters, as long as they're active. When using multiple characters, make sure to post WITH THEIR ACCOUNT, and if they end up in a thread together please post their posts SEPARATELY. Thank you.
