She usually wears dark skirts and a shirt. She will wear pants if they are available. Her favorite accessory is a vest or a tie, always worn girly.

1. GUST. The ability to affect air. First levels can create wind and push objects or people.
2. WIND FORMATION. Second levels can create tornadoes, hurricanes, etc.
3. AIR CONCENRTATION MANIPULATION. Third level Aerokinetics are able to manipulated the air particles in a room, either concentrating them to increase pressure or dispersing them to create low pressure and a lack of oxygen.
4. AEROKINETIC FLIGHT. Fourth levels can also fly by forcing themselves upwards and around with air molecules.
terrakinesis
1. SOIL MANIPULATION. The ability to affect earth. First level Terrakinetics can move small rocks, pebbles and soil.
2. EARTH MANIPULATION. Second levels can move larger boulders as well as manipulating them.
3. SEISMOKINESIS. The ability to manipulate and generate vibrations in the earth, effectively creating earthquakes.

personality;; Dawn is a very loving person. She will always lend a helping hand. She is also very protective of her friends and brother. If anything happened to them, she’d feel responsible, no matter what it was. It wouldn’t matter if she wasn’t even there when it happened. She always feels guilty, mainly because of her past.

Dawn is a fun loving person. though. She likes to laugh, and always puts a smile on everyone’s face. She's also very caring, and never puts herself first. Her friends and family mean the world to her, and she wouldn't know where she would be without them.

Dawn can also be very aggressive in the best of times. She doesn't stop working for her goal, and will never stop fighting. She is very much like her father in that way, or so she’s been told. She has no problem using her powers, especially not on enemies. She won’t show them off though, or rub them in anyone’s face.

history;; Dawn was born to a very nature loving family. Her father had the ability of flight, while her mother was a mere human. Fern didn’t care though, and married Forrest any way. They had a baby boy, Jude, and a baby girl, Dawn. They made a happy family together, kind of like modern hippies.
Before she went into Kindergarten, Dawn and her family moved away. She was upset about the move, but didn’t know enough people to miss anyone. In Kindergarten Dawn met April, who instantly became her best friend.

At the age of twelve, Dawn developed her wind powers. She started out just moving her pencil around on its tip, without touching it. She brought it up to her dad, who was extremely worried. He knew what it was, but was hoping neither of his children would have developed powers. He was clearly wrong.

When she was fifteen, Dawn got mad at her parents. They wouldn’t let her spend the night at April’s house, because she didn’t do her chores. She yelled at them and told them she hated them. She also said they could die for all she cared. And then she ran away to April’s house. April’s mom drove her home, only to find out that their house went up into flames. Her parents had died, and Dawn has never lived down the guilt of not telling them she loved them.
At their funeral, Dawn developed her earth powers. She is, to this day, confused on how she got them. It is a rare case that any one, especially a seventeen year old, get’s another set of powers. She is an extremely powerful elemental, and is capable of killing people with her powers. People would fear her, if she wasn’t so nice.
